Just had my fire and surround fitted today and absolutely delighted with it. Excellent service from the start (Tim knows his business inside out and gives helpful advice and recommendations) to finish (James and Cammy the fitters did an excellent job of removing the old fire and surround and installing the new one). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fire and surround, fantastic work gents, keep it up.
We recently visited a few local places to see gas fires and surrounds, however none of them seemed genuinely interested in providing information. This wasn’t the case when visiting Tim at his premises. He clearly knows his products, is very helpful and is straight talking. Steve and his son (also Steve), installed the fire and both were very efficient, friendly and tidy. Genuine customer service is getting harder to come by these days, however we certainly received it from Tim, Steve and Steve and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.
